Reach the Traffic Tunnel near the Blue Gate Checkpoint

Find and unlock the rear door of an armored patrol car. Note: There are multiple of these cars inside the tunnel, but the location of the locked car is randomized.

Search the Guard huts for a Armored Patrol Key Card. Note: If the player dies while carrying the Key Card, a Spare Key will be available to loot inside a Security Hut nearby to the Patrol Cars.
