What They Do
A juggernaut split-pusher who relies on his summons to do the heavy lifting. He creates an army of Mist Walkers via and , traps you with , and uses to sic his ghouls on you. Without his Maiden from , he loses most of his dueling power.

Respect

- !The Maiden →She doesn't time out. If she is alive, Yorick wins almost every 1v1 through high sustained DPS and constant ghoul generation

Punish

- +Maiden is dead→His ultimate has a massive cooldown (160s-120s). Abuse this long window to kill him or force him off waves repeatedly
- +Level 1 and 2→He has no way to summon ghouls yet. Bully him off the wave so he can't set up graves with early
Laning Tips
- •Mist Walkers from take reduced damage from AOE but die to a single basic attack. Auto-attack them first!
- •The wall takes 2 to 4 hits to destroy. Champions with auto-resets can escape almost instantly
- •If you get hit by , walk away from the ghouls so they don't get free hits while you are slowed
- •Never fight Yorick while his Maiden is active unless you can burst her down quickly before the ghouls swarm you
- •Dodge by moving perpendicularly; it is a narrow projectile with a distinct travel time
- •Keep the wave near your tower. Yorick struggles to dive and is very susceptible to ganks when overextended
Teamfight Warning
- ⚠Yorick will often send his Maiden down one lane while he fights in another. Check your map for the 'ghost' split-push
- ⚠In teamfights, focus the Maiden first. Without her, Yorick's damage output and ghoul generation drop significantly
- ⚠Watch out for in jungle chokepoints. It can split your team in half or trap your carry for an easy pick
- ⚠Yorick's marks you for the Maiden too. If marked, she will focus you until the mark expires or you leave her range
- ⚠Use Smite on the Maiden if you are the Jungler to help your team kill her and her health pool faster
