You win by poking the enemy team down before a fight even starts. Use to whittle them to 40% HP. Once they are low, use to reposition aggressively and clean up the fight while they can't engage on you.
Ezreal is a high-mobility caster-marksman who dominates by poking from a distance. You aren't a traditional 'stand and shoot' ADC; you win by landing skillshots to lower your cooldowns and remaining impossible to catch.
