Infinite scaling health tank and split-push menace. He uses to stack permanent HP and to zone or CC teams. Even after death, his makes him a threat to towers and low-HP targets.

| A large red axe-shaped indicator on the ground. | The longer he charges, the more damage it does. At 1 second of charging, it knocks up and stuns. Use hard CC to cancel the charge and put it on a 2s cooldown. | |
| A bloody red shield surrounding Sion. | Passively gives him HP for every kill. Actively, it absorbs damage and can explode for magic damage after 3s. If you break the shield before it explodes, he loses the damage. | |
| A short-range roar or a minion being kicked in a line. | Slows and reduces your Armor. If he kicks a minion through you, the range is much longer. Avoid standing directly behind your own low-HP minions. | |
